Closing on the Eve of Christmas Eve
It was a very Happy Holiday for our first time home buyers who closed on their purchase of 339 Pacific in Alameda. This home is in a co-op called Woodstock which is conveniently located near the ferry to San Francisco. Built in 1940 and recently completely remodeled including new plumbing and electrical, we were able to help our clients purchase it for $505,000 well below the “Zestimate” of $834,786! These clients were referred to us from an awesome REALTOR® and friend in Washington DC, Susan Phillips Fitzpatrick, THANK YOU SUSAN! We would love to return the favor, so please let us know if you know of anyone planning to buy or sell real estate in Washington DC (or anywhere else for that matter, we have a network of great REALTORS® all over the country).
Update below is a review from our clients:
“My husband and I just bought our first house with Todd. He was recommended to us by my aunt when we told her we wanted to buy the house down the street from where we were renting. With that being said, we still did shop around for a realtor to help make the offer and one thing I am certain of is that we would have paid a lot more if we went with someone else. I’ve read in other reviews that Todd understands the market and my husband and I would have to say that this is true. He was very open and honest with all our questioning and was very responsive to all the first time home buyer questions.
More important to us than all of the rest though is that Todd was able to get us in in time for Christmas which wasn’t a guarantee in this particular situation. We are very grateful to have been able to spend Christmas and New Years Eve in our new home with friends and family.”
