Bay Area native Todd Wiley has had a lifelong love affair with San Francisco, which he calls the greatest city in America. “With San Francisco’s beauty, architectural significance, cultural diversity, restaurants, night life and easy access to the great outdoors, who wouldn’t want to live here and make it their home?” he asks.
After attending San Francisco State University and spending his post-college years in sales roles in the software and business services industry, and racking up too many frequent flyer miles to count, Todd chose to pursue a career in real estate in 2004. It was his passion for the City by the Bay, and a desire to spend more time with his wife and then-young son Nicholas that drove his decision. As business boomed, the family grew as well with the addition of daughter Lauren. Soon, Kim, Todd’s high school sweetheart, now wife of 20 years, joined him in real estate after her own successful forays in advertising and finance.
